How it works
- Complete the brief below and email high-resolution reference photos to [email protected]. Include “Fabric sample search” in the subject.
- For more demanding matching requirements, email us to arrange delivery of a physical reference sample. We will provide the receiving address directly.
- After we receive your complete requirements and photos or physical reference, the search takes 1–3 days. The target is 2–5 identical or close alternatives according to your brief; an exact match is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed from a photo.
- Once options are found, we contact you by email to confirm delivery details and courier arrangements. Swatches are then sent by courier; courier charges are paid by you.
The 1–3-day search window excludes transit time for your reference sample and delivery of the selected swatches. If suitable options cannot be found within that window, we will contact you before agreeing the next step.
Price and scope
Service fee: US$99. Courier charges are additional and are confirmed by email. This service finds reference-matching or similar fabric swatches; it does not include cutting or purchasing sample yardage, bulk orders or laboratory testing.
For sample yardage or an order, contact [email protected] for a separate discussion and quotation. Finding a similar swatch does not establish identical composition or performance.
