CHINA SUPPLIER SITE VISIT
Practical evidence before your next sourcing decision.
Commission a visit to a named supplier and a specific business address. Choose our standard coverage and add 1–3 precise priorities. We document what we can verify, distinguish observations from supplier statements, and identify unanswered questions.
ELSEWHERE IN CHINA
US$199per single-site visitOne supplier, one business address, one visit. Address, access and scope are confirmed before payment. Any requested work outside the confirmed scope must be agreed separately.
What the visit covers
1. On-site video
Standard footage covers the office, warehouse or production area, employees carrying out normal work, and other relevant business scenes where access and filming are permitted. You can request specific machines, operations or areas as part of your priorities. Restricted or unavailable areas are recorded as such.
2. Supporting photographs
Still photographs supplement the video: site identification, agreed facilities, equipment, materials and other relevant details. Request specific shots or use the standard coverage. We seek permission for filming and avoid unrelated personal or confidential information.
3. Business qualifications and certifications
Review the supplier’s business identity, registration and relevant operating qualifications, plus trade, product, quality or other certification documents relevant to your intended business. Where possible, cross-check the entity name, issuer, scope and validity. There is no single international certificate required for every supplier or export; we check the documents relevant to your product and market and flag anything that cannot be independently verified.
4. Public-record legal and business-risk checks
Review available Chinese public records for disclosed disputes, enforcement information and other relevant risk indicators. Report the record source, entity match, date and nature of identified matters. A dispute does not itself establish wrongdoing, and the absence of a searchable record is not proof that no risk exists. This is factual due diligence, not a legal opinion or a guarantee of future performance.
5. Other agreed document checks
Review additional business-relevant materials within the agreed scope—for example, a named certificate, facility claim or document supplied for your sourcing decision. Access to confidential records or paid third-party verification must be agreed before it is undertaken.
What you receive
- A structured English visit summary identifying the supplier, site and visit date.
- Video footage and photographs organized around standard coverage and your agreed priorities.
- A document-review checklist with verification status and relevant record sources.
- Identified discrepancies, access limitations, open questions and suggested follow-up checks.
Recorded evidence describes the site and information available at the time of the visit. A site visit is not a full technical audit, product test, certification service or guarantee that future orders will meet your requirements.
How booking works
- Provide the supplier’s legal name, full address and contact, your primary email, 1–3 specific requirements, and signed authorization.
- We review the address and priorities, confirm supplier cooperation, and agree the scope, schedule, delivery arrangements and booking terms.
- Once online checkout is connected, only a complete and confirmed request can proceed to payment. No booking is confirmed before the agreed ordering process is completed.
- We conduct the visit and deliver the agreed evidence and summary.
Before you authorize a visit
Your authorization lets us act on your behalf for the stated checks; it does not compel the supplier to grant access. Timing, access restrictions, any rescheduling and cancellation arrangements must be agreed before payment. We report unavailable evidence rather than presenting it as verified.
